What is known about the businessman who bought Freddie Mercury’s rare Rolls-Royce?

This is not the first time a businessman has made a large purchase at an auction. Ukrainian entrepreneur Vladimir Nosov, the founder of the Whitebait cryptocurrency exchange, has acquired a rare Rolls-Royce Freddie Mercury.

The businessman decided to buy a car for 11 million hryvnias after Andrey Danilko announced its sale to help his country.

Nosov announced the unusual purchase on his Instagram profile. He wrote that he cannot just be on the sidelines and is now trying to “keep the level”, as all Ukrainians do.

“Today I am the owner of this amazing property. This is a 1974 Rolls-Royce, which is Freddie Mercury’s last car. It was a charity lot offered by Andrey Danilko at Sotheby’s. What can I say? All Ukrainians are now keeping their level, ”said the entrepreneur.

This is not the first time Nosov has made such a large purchase. Previously, he bought a microphone for 900 thousand US dollars from the winners of Eurovision 2022, the band, Kalush Orchestra.

The funds were used to purchase the PD-2 unmanned system for the Ukrainian military.
The famous singer decided to sell the vehicle and donate the proceeds to the construction of a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and prosthetic center “Superhumans”, which is scheduled to be put into operation next year.

Superhumans will provide prosthetics for adults and children, perform body and facial reconstruction and restoration surgeries, and treat post-traumatic stress disorder.

“Superhumans” is the first modern rehabilitation center in Ukraine, it is planned to open in the first months of 2023. To build it, the center’s team turns to Ukrainian and foreign philanthropists for support. The project has already been supported by Sting and his wife Trudy.

The cat was almost 250.000 pounds sterling or 11 million hryvnias. This is a huge contribution to the development of our clinic and people’s trust in light.

Now part of the energy of the legendary band Queen will be felt within our walls, and our patients will feel like rock stars,” the center’s medical team commented on the sale of this unique vehicle.
