The reason for their beauty was a genetic mutation.
And that mutation is called leucism which causes a fur color change.
And during this mutation animals did not change their lip or eye color. Everything remained the same besides the fur.
There are less than 13 white colors in nature.
And the 4 cubs are among them as they were born in white color.
Many photographs were captured and posted on social media. After a short time the photos got many reactions and became popular.
All the cubs were males. And fortunately, they are in good health.
But they are considered neither separate species nor endangered ones. So, that’s why they are not protected.
They are considered to be vulnerable and they are near to extinction.
So, white lions should be protected as much as possible.
