Joan McDonald, due to her age, faced many age-related diseases, and at some point the situation developed in such a way that it was already difficult for her to walk.
The fact is that it was not always smooth in her life, and she ate her failures and stresses with sweets. And when her weight approached 90 kilograms, health problems began. In addition, Joan was not tall, and being overweight made her even more unattractive.
Terrible pains in the knee joints were added to all the problems, as the woman herself wrote on social networks: “You can’t rewind time, but you can start your watch!”.
The daughter’s gift changed everything – a new phone. It was intended for her mother to start studying online. The workouts specifically for Joan were compiled by Michelle, a popular fitness trainer.
But not everything was smooth sailing, of course. At first, the woman could not cope with the new fashionable phone, then tune in the right way … But over time, she managed to defeat both the technique and her excess weight.
The entire training program was in one application, it was very convenient, since the woman always knew what to do, when and how many repetitions. Grandmother took her body and health very seriously, she worked out 4 times a week and thanks to this, Joan not only lost weight well, but also pumped up a little.
At the moment, the woman no longer needs a training program for the elderly, she is happy to lift barbells and heavy dumbbells with a decent weight. This is surprising, but quite recently a woman could hardly move from one room to another, and now she can easily lift 80 kilograms and even more.
In addition to strength training, Joan is actively involved in cardio training.
As a result, having lost 30 kilograms, the woman not only began to look good, but also got rid of many diseases.
